i'm copyrighted on a destroyed t-shirt

As far as we know you are unique(cloning hasn’t been perfected yet).  So assuming that statement is correct you are copyrighted and one of a kind..  Well the shirt we have chosen for this design is like that too.  No two shirts are identical.  This shirt is new but doesn’t look it.  It looks and feels like one of those t-shirts that you have owned a really long time.  When you put this one on it’s like being reunited with an old friend.  Take a look at the close-up product shots and notice the intentional fraying.  This shirt was washed many times already so please note order a half to one size larger than you might normally.
